  • Do I need to complete the Commercial Lending Accelerator before enrolling in Academy Pro?

    The Accelerator is not required but it is strongly recommended. The advanced courses in Academy Pro are built on the foundation the Accelerator establishes. Students who complete the Accelerator first will get significantly more value from the advanced courses.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes. You can cancel your Academy Pro subscription at any time. You will retain access to all courses through the end of your current billing period.

  • What does the founding member rate mean?

Michael Boggiano brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in small balance commercial lending, credit underwriting, and loan structuring. Earlier in his career he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Originations for a premier small balance commercial lending platform, where he played a key role in driving over $2.9 billion in loan production. He created the Academy for Commercial Lending out of a frustration with the state of commercial lending education, overpriced courses, underqualified instructors, and programs that overpromised and underdelivered. Every course in the Academy is built around how deals actually work, not theory. Michael holds CPA and CPM designations, both inactive, reflecting a strong foundation in accounting and property management that continues to inform his approach to commercial lending education.
